Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
Staff faith formation is a focus at Villa Maria Catholic Primary School Hunters Hill. Staff are given many opportunities to gather in prayer including weekly Staff Prayer. The annual staff retreat provides staff with an opportunity to nourish and live out their faith as well as strengthen relationships.
